    Takes the strength and flexibility exercises of Yoga and combines them with core tightening and strengthening of Pilates . This class will work the entire body and focus more on core work , flexibility and strength.

I love the fact that you can exercise at your own pace with no pressure to do more than you want BUT that you can ask for help & advice if you want to. An added bonus is that the way the Circuit works means no-one “hogs” a particular machine which was a real pain at other gyms I used. It’s also the only one I know that includes exercise classes for no extra charge. I’d recommend this friendly & effective Gym to any lady out there who might be hesitating about taking the first step back to fitness :-)
